Project Administration Support - GBS (TM)

Job Description

As part of out team, your activities will include:

• Maintain and communicate contracted logistic service rates to business owners;
• Maintain complex price databases and upload rates into transport management; system (TMS), including diesel, bunker and exchange rate adjustments;
• Explain rate structure towards the organization;
• Support TMS roll out globally including improvement activities;
• Perform training activities;
• Supporting stakeholders through the invoice verification process and serving as the first escalation level;
• Data collection (internal / external) for analyses;
• Invoice discrepancy clarification in cooperation with accounting department;
• Manage communication with suppliers / internal customers;
• Run queries in SAP.

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering; 1+ years of work experience in administration area;
• SAP knowledge or any Procurement ERP System related work experience;
• Experienced in business environment;
• Fluent English in writing and speaking;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
