Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
Experience in employer branding is an advantage;
Strong marketing skills (communication, creativity, research, analytical thinking, writing, organization);
Strong interpersonal skills (ability to manage conflicts, teamwork, empathy, listening and a positive attitude);
Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing and Communication campaigns using a wide portfolio of online and offline channels;
Proactive self-starter who can work at a fast pace;
Fluent written and spoken English.

Working with recruitment teams to design, plan, develop and execute local recruitment marketing programs (online campaigns, events, conferences, job fairs etc.) in line with the recruitment goals of the business;
Designing, planning and coordinating the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for increasing the company’s awareness in the target groups;
Providing marketing support for own events or events organized by collaborating with third parties (conferences, workshops, sponsorships, job fairs, etc.);
Being responsible for communication materials (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.), cooperation with collaborating parties to decide on content, graphic design, production and distribution;
Managing the production and distribution of objects and materials with the Accenture brand following the goals, budget and brand rules;
Ensuring successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget;
Working with global and local agencies for planning, designing and implementing local campaigns;
Managing specific administrative and financial tasks: procurement, contracts archiving, budget updates.
