University degree (technical college);
Minimum technical knowledge of the technological process of obtaining polyurethane foams (an advantage);
Intermediate knowledge of PC operation: Excel, Word.
Knowledge of English language – written and spoken;
Good communicator;
Team working skills;
Analytical problem-solving skills;
Objectivity and decisiveness in making decisions in the area of responsibility.

Knows and manages the technical documentation of the equipment and installations corresponding to the production lines;
Collaborates with the staff of the Maintenance, Tooling, Raw Materials, Production, Quality Workshop for the smooth running of the daily production activity and the correction of problems that may occur;
Manages the commissioning of production lines and their operation during working hours;
Performs, presents scrap, rework, process follow-up analyses and proposes improvement solutions;
Completes the monitoring sheets of the line process parameters: flow, material temperatures, casting head temperatures, raw material tank temperatures, line air pressure, mold temperature, molding agent flow control, rising test;
Detects and takes corrective measures for identified deviations (deviations of plant parameters or product quality);
Modifies/adjusts the trajectory of the molding robot(s) to improve product quality;
Presents suggestions for mold improvement (riveting, self-ventilation, air channels) as a result of an analysis to improve product quality;
Verifies/compares and adjusts the flow and pressure curve of the molding plant, note/detect deviations;
Participates and assists in the smooth running of tests and product/process changes that take place;
Continuously improves the process on the casting lines, including ergonomic issues;
Contributes to feasibility or design evaluation for a new product;
Determines quantity of material to be cast, casting window; casting plant parameters (pumps, mixing chamber), carouser parameters (line speed, all production line times);
Performs mass reductions, casting ratio modifications in order to obtain the physical characteristics required by the customer;
Contributes to the achievement of quality policy objectives and performance; responsible for actions aiming at continuous process improvement,
Monitors the functionality of each molding cycle with the machine and equipment technician;
Monitors and adjusts, if necessary, the characteristics of ILD (non-destructive identification) and CLD (load-bearing capacity), mass, density;
Ensures that daily production requirements in terms of quantity are met.
