What will you do


Manage the end to end Software Lifecycle of assigned license products, from Consulting, Planning, Negotiating, Purchasing, Maintaining and Auditing to Reconfiguration and Decommissioning

Ensure the usage of the most accurate compliance information of software licenses according to Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, establish and maintain vendor stakeholder management and report on license KPIs

Determination of demand in business: PTCM (Prolongation, Termination, Cancelation Case Management) and management of specific tools (e.g. VML App, MAD)

Communication with Application Owner/ Service Owner, offer support clarifying the unclear cases related to past purchases, invoicing, special Terms & Conditions

Optimize the licenses portfolio for the best commercial usage (including pooling), develop and maintain the license library across EON group including the data ownership

Support negotiation of software license contracts and lead/support license audits, act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, users and consult on license usage, support ordering and costs recharging processes

How do you know you are the right fit


Education/ Training: University degree/ BSc in Economics, Business Administration, IT Systems Management
Professional experience:

Experienced in the international corporate environment
Previous experience in vendor (licensor) commercial management is considered an advantage
Knowledge of license lifecycle, software compliance regulations and Software Asset Management (organization, roles, tools and processes)

Knowledge of license/company auditing and legal contract terms and processes

Experience in stakeholder Management

Languages:

English (professional, written and spoken)
German would be considered an advantage
