The Business Excellence Consultant is responsible for working on business-related improvement projects in the Commercial Community that help drive the Project Entity strategy and SE vision.

How You'll Make an Impact

• You will drive harmonization and standardization of processes and tools that define the way how the commercial community will work for years to come.
• You will coordinate internal projects with a focus on development of our commercial project managers community.
• You will act as a consultant to the commercial community to enable commercial project excellence and support their growth.
• You will be the interface to a wide range of stakeholders (project execution, corporate functions & IT).
• You will lead your projects/portfolio with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be a change agent to your community.

What You Bring

• Degree educated in either Business Administration, Finance or Computer Sciences, the ideal candidate will be strong in looking holistically at systems and processes.
• A demonstrable affinity to increase process efficiency with the help of our IT ecosystem.
• The candidate must have a clear passion for improving processes and focusing on the strategic goal to become a data-driven company.
• As the role depends highly on solving problems as a team and building improvements by consensus, the ideal candidate will have a demonstrable history of building working relationships, managing project teams, dealing with conflict, and driving engagement.
• As an exceptionally well-organized person, the candidate will have the ability to lead a room and to build momentum in change projects.
