    Job Description

    The Digitalization Project Manager drives, leads and manages multiple global Digitalization projects within the specified time, budget and quality framework based on the needs & requirements of all involved stakeholders.

    • Responsible to align with the global community the roll-out plan and next steps for Digitalization;
    • Assurance of target achievements, KPI tracking and implementation of standards in plants;
    • Function as main contact / link between Digitalization Manager and the plant specific contacts;
    • Coordinate the lessons learned transfer & content creation for Digitalization activities in our various platforms;
    • Global coordination for all User Experience factories;
    • Secure application and deliverables for "Digital Industrialization" Procedure and integration in launch teams;
    • Coach the plants and the digitalization areas in our "big picture" for Digitalization;
    • Track current achievement level and align next steps with the teams to achieve the targets;
    • Monitor the committed time planning and help to solve problems in advance to avoid delays;
    • Represents BA operations IE in project and plant specific reviews;
    • Supporting coordination of standardization, digitalization, high tech related activities in locations;
    • Improve the "Digital Industrialization" together with global EPMs, HUBs and locations.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
    • 5 years working experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions;
    • Experience as Industrial Engineer, Big Data / IT / MES Integrator or as Project Manager for at least 5 projects;
    • Coordination experiences with all locations in region;
    • Worked in IT / Industrial Engineering Team, or as a Group Leader / Launch Manager for a certain period;
    • Experience in intercultural projects at least 2 years;
    • Knowledge of key operational indicators (OEE, Cycle-Time, FPY, 0-km ppm, Field PPM, warranty, scrap ratio);
    • Knowledge of quality tools and methods for problem analysis, solving (fishbone analysis, 5 Why, etc.);
    • Knowledge of process improvement tool (Yotoken);
    • Guidance & Communication: able to take the initiative and communicate the expectations clearly;
    • Advanced English skills.
