Internship Junior Support for IT - (TM)

Job Description

The IT Junior Support will be responsible for the operation and support of the Windchill systems from Continental Automotive and ContiTech supporting the Product Data Management processes for: 

• Creo, Catia, UG NX, SolidWorks and Zuken Data Management;
• Component Life Cycle Management (CLMS);
• Electronic Component Management;
• Product Structure and BOM Management;
• Engineering Change and Release Management;
• User support for Windchill systems;
• Account Creation and Access Rights management;
• Processing service subscription removal requests;
• Create Knowledgebase articles;
• Maintain internal websites, blogs and wikis.

• Strong communication and customer focus skills;
• Very good command of spoken and written English;
• Well organized person, proactive, methodic, rigorous;
• Knowledge of working with CAD Applications (Creo, Catia, Zuken, Solidworks, UG NX) is a plus.
• enrolled in a Master Program or still in University.
• student at a university with a technical profile is a plus.
