    What you will do:

    • Coordinate the improvement of the processes according to the strategy and policy of ENGIE Romania, following the applicable methodology (BPM, Lean Six Sigma);
    • Contribute through your expertise and involvement to the definition and implementation of modern and efficient business processes;
    • Mediate and optimize the links between the entity's processes, ensuring the existence of synergies;
    • Develop the project documentation according to the project management methodology;
    • Monitor and update the project plan and coordinate working meetings with project teams;
    • Be actively involved in the analysis of work processes, in proposing improvement solutions and their implementation;
    • Perform the evaluation of process performance;
    • Coordinate the project team by establishing individual tasks and allocating resources;
    • Manage the risks associated with coordinated projects, including maintaining alternative plans or solutions for escalating those risks.
    Desired education, expertise and skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree;
    • Minimum 1-year experience as a Project Manager/ Program Manager/ Process Improvement Analyst;
    • Relevant experience in Consulting Management;
    • Certification/ Knowledge in process optimization methodologies;
    • Stakeholders management;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office;
    • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
    Represent and advantage:
    • Business process mapping;
    • Knowledge of any other language (German, French, Italian or Spanish) at an advanced level – represents an advantage.
