    Job Description

    • Send tenders RfI / RfQs to suppliers and analyze the offers;
    • Create competition amongst supplier base;
    • Conclude contracts with the Prototype Suppliers: NDA, BPCoC;
    • Accurately and timely process all purchase request according to the defined procedure;
    • Ensure necessary transparency and documentation of Prototype Sourcing decision according to the Compliance rules;
    • Develop and sustain relationships with all stakeholders;
    • Manage the day-to-day business relationship with key suppliers through supporting activities including ordering, communication of demand/ volume/ delivery time changes, issue resolution, sharing of end-user feedback, follow-up on orders, etc;
    • Support the development, alignment, communication and implementation of Purchasing Strategies for the assigned category;
    • Price negotiation constantly to improve the cost situation in their own area of responsibility;
    • Implement, track and report relevant KPI's according to the Targets & KPI Settings;
    • Conduct the implementation of favorable terms and condition for Continental;
    • Create Systematic PVO Analysis to define focus & identify cost saving potential;
    • English communication skills;
    • PCB/technical background/knowhow will be a plus.

    • Academic degree in business administration or engineering;
    • Management skills, tools and techniques which ensures a strategic, profit and resulted oriented handling;
    • Communication skills including Presentation and Negotiation techniques;
    • Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques;
    • Communication skills - good written and verbal abilities;
    • Attention to details.
