What critical skills are needed for this position?
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Knowledge of US GAAP / knowledge of IFRS is a plus;
• Understanding of financial reporting and internal controls;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.);
• Different ERPs may be a plus;
• Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast- growing environment;
• Customer and action oriented;
• Fluent: English. Other European Language may be a plus;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• CECCAR or ACCA may be a plus.
What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?
• You will join a team that takes a customer-centric approach to everything they do, and you will be the “face: of the company” for new sales hires. You will be among the first to work with the newest employees, sharing knowledge and be responsible for onboarding them to be successful sellers;
• You must deliver a professional presentation to everyone you work with, be clear in “what happens next” and communicate from a Junior Individual Contributor level to C-level seniors within sales organization while constantly seeking to improve the onboarding process and experience;
• You will be the go-to person for many of the new sellers’ questions during their first few weeks of employment;
• You must be comfortable navigating through multiple systems including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Nex (Salesforce)
• Tracking and capturing learning data is an important element of this position to allow us to generate learning reports on a regular basis.
