    Job role

    In this position within Allianz Services, you will be responsible for successfully designing, planning, managing, implementing, and executing different tasks related to global community management particularly on MS Yammer/Viva Engage as part of the Group Communications team.


    • Yammer network administration
    • Is responsible for provisioning of communities, monitoring, and rules enforcement
    • Marks communities as official and restricted
    • Manages All company community & global communities in collaboration with Group Communications
    • Cooperates with OE community managers and other community managers (special interest communities) on a daily basis
    • Helps prepare and participates actively in the monthly community managers meeting
    • Performs community health analyses (monitoring community activity, establishing effective benchmarks for measuring the growth of the community, and defining objectives to increase user engagement)
    • Facilitates Community Manager trainings together with the Group Communications
    • Moderation and crisis management in collaboration with the issue management team
    • Drives cultural change and counters polarization through building and fostering communities but also conveying the big picture, understanding the overall communications strategy of Allianz Grou
    • Generates, edits, publishes, and shares digital content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
    • Plans and executes community initiatives and programs in collaboration with the Global Community Manager with the ultimate goal of increasing interaction & networking
    • Initiates discussions, creates awareness of current interactions, steers interactions that may not be achieving communication aims (corporate listening)
    • Moderates all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    • Continuously improves the process by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acts on the information
    • Collaborates and aligns with other departments (employer branding, communications, HR, customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions as needed
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, digital marketing, or related field
    • Native level English in written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
    • Proven working experience in intranet and social media communications, community management or as a Digital Media Specialist
    • Elevated level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies, in particular Yammer
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office365 and another app connected, e.g. Yammer/Viva Engage
    •  Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Experience with intranet portals, social media, and digital means of communication
    • Strong Communications skills
    • Solution-oriented, high result orientation, flexible and energetic team player, with high resilience and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to engage and inspire employees and targeted audience (e.g., candidates, senior leaders)
    • Ability to perform tasks and make decisions independently in standard and non-standard (ever-changing) work situations

    • Leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues
