- Skills in planning, organization, delegation, control and communication;
- Decision-making capacity and autonomy;
- Technical, pneumatic, hydraulic notions, Kaizen, 5 S;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Office package;
- Basic studies and certifications;
- Graduate and / or graduate master or postgraduate studies in technical, engineering;
- FMEA technical knowledge, equipment validation, PLC competence, robotics.

- Ensures the management of the product launch process for series life and derivative versions.
- Contributes to improving industrial performance for the perimeter it manages.
- Manipulate and apply process changes as a result of product evolution, manufacturing rate changes, quality issues,
- Contribute to analysing and eliminating quality flaws detected in the company or customer.
- Contributes to reducing the costs of products in serial production process.
- Manage the list of the components of the references that it has in its perimeter of activity.
- Prepares together with other departments the implementation of new projects in the company.
- Forms on the evolution of standards and procedures and ensures compliance with them
- Ensures production-specific implementation of client-specific requirements.
- Ensures manufacturing feasibility and pilots the FMEA process.
