Scrum Master for UX (TM)

As Scrum Master in a software Head-up Scrum Team, you will:

* Act as a facilitator for one or two Agile Teams
* Act as a servant leader and support the team's progress towards their sprint goals
* Collaborate with the Lean Agile Leader providing feedback and insight about the people needs
* Represent the Agile Team in the Scrum of Scrum synchronization ceremony
* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to optimize the overall cross-team setup
* Improve and adapt agile methods/practices and apply lean agile mindset
* Be a part of an international project team

Role Responsibilities:
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments within the Agile Team;
* Guide and train the team so that they can use the processes and tools efficiently;
* Grow a high-performing team by focusing on team effectiveness and motivation;
* Act as interface and shield the team from the non-agile world and interferences;
* Develop reporting methods and metrics for improving the team performance;
* Monitor team health and personal development;
* Organize and moderate agile ceremonies;
* Coach the Development Team and the Product Owner to adopt Agile best practices by applying the chosen agile framework and adapting it to the team's needs. Job Requirements:
* Technical University Degree (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science);
* Experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 2 years);
* Team player spirit, high ownership and commitment;
* Knowledge of SW Development process and SW Quality Methods;
* Knowledge in more Agile frameworks is a plus
* Jira tool usage is a plus;
* Experience in Software Development and Design, embedded environment is a plus;
* Motivating others and good presentation skills;
* Good communication, moderation, and conflict management skills;
