    Continental established a Controlling Service Center Department in Timisoara starting with 2003.     Main responsibilities:

    Invest Controlling:

    * Coordination, support and guidance of Project Managers and locations controllers for preparation of electronic Capital Requests in a timely manner
    * Alignment of the invest in different tools - GPA/FIRE/eCR
    * Responsible for the upload of the invest input in GPA tool for all AN S7 locations
    * Preparation of the Segment budget planning, by coordinating all involved areas: Plant controllers, PMs, Operations for all running and new projects.
    * Support and guidance regarding all invest related topics.

    Shared Service Controlling:

    * Tracking and reporting to BA AN of monthly shared service cost and HC
    * Responsible for monthly shared service cost and headcount
    * Prepare budget and forecast for shared service cost centers.
    * A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, and processes.

    * University or master's degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering.
    * 2+ years' work experience in controlling / audit / accounting
    * English - Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office
    * Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
    * Ability to work in an international team environment
    * Self-discipline, reliability, consistency
    * Communication skills and good teamwork spirit
    * Customer orientated.
