* Sets the framework, monitors the implementation of the process & seeks actively opportunities for improvement.
* Defines the training strategy and follows-up for the implementation process.
* Sets the framework of the process and seeks actively opportunities for improvement.
* Acts as a consultant for all fix employees, in regards with the training process steps.
* Acts as an interface between location, HUB Purchasing and external training providers.
* Acts as a coach & mentor, both for colleagues within the team, but also for other fix employees.
* Creates learning & development concepts, customized on location needs; frameworks which facilitate the learning process or training materials that support "life long learning".
* Acts as an interface between location and other RO Conti locations.
* Acts as a consultant for the process & facilitates TM Conferences.
* Acts as an interface between Global & Country TM topics and location.
