Job Description:

* The Project Management Office manager implements and consolidates best practices and processes within the organization. As well as providing consistent project management guidance, methods, systems, tools and metrics for consistent project outcomes throughout the organization.
* The Project Management Office manager manage and allocate PO resources effectively across all projects, by managing priorities based on timelines, budgets and resource loads.
* The Project Management Office manager train, mentor and coach project managers and project team to keep everyone up to date.
* The Project Management Office manager provide templates, tools and software to manage project efforts. As well as defining the document repository where all the project documents will be archived.

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering or similar degree
* At least 3 years experience in the automotive or comparable industries
* Experience as Project Manager, Technical Project Lead or Quality Engineer
* Profound experience in coaching/training colleagues
* Experiences in working in international teams and understanding for foreign cultures
