* Responsible with creation and management of advertisement materials;
* Responsible for internal standard compliance for all marketing materials;
* Plans and orders the promotional materials - posters, flyers, brochures - for all recruiting activities, according to budget and needs;
* Defines and implements a media plan for job advertisements;
* Responsible for HR Intranet page, Conti Career internet page, job boards;
* Updates the HR Intranet page according to the Continental internal guidelines;
* Monitors regularly the recruiting KPI's - recruiting channel effectiveness and headcount status in comparison to budget;
* Defines improvement actions to compensate recruitment channel ineffectiveness;
* Initiates new events together with the Recruitment team;
* Coordinates University collaboration programs: Summer Practice, Diploma Projects, Scholarship, Internships;
* Searches for alternative sourcing channels;
* Creates, posts and manages content for Continental's social media account
