Hardware Test Engineer for Autonomous Mobility (TM)

We're looking for creative, innovative, and passionate engineers. As a member in a multidisciplinary group, the person in this position will be responsible for HW Validation activities related to electrical behavior of our products.

Responsibilities:

* Understand the requirements(test specifications) for the electronic modules;
* Understand the schematic and the design details of electronic systems;
* Collaborate with electronic module designers to clarify the test specifications;
* Collaborate with Test Managers to estimate the effort, track the status and deliver test results;
* Prepare the test setup(soldering wires/components);
* Execute the tests according to the test specification (thermal tests, electrical parameters, communications);
* Fill in the test report and review it with the project team;
* Propose and implement test automation wherever is possible.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes, and organization.

Job Requirements:

* University Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Computer Science;
* General experience in HW Engineering;
* Understanding of analog/digital electronic circuits;
* Knowledge of instrumentation for measurement and control equipment's;
* Automotive experience is an advantage;
* Good communication skills - within teams and multiple locations worldwide;
* Organized, results & customer-oriented person;
* English language: advanced.
