    Cerinte

    For our customer, one of the leading automotive mobility, financial and insurances services providers in the world, we are looking for CEO Assistant.


    Requirements:

    -University degree;
    -2 years of experience on a similar position;
    -Advanced PC knowledge (Excel, Power Point);
    -Advanced English;
    -Driving license - nice to have
    -Good problem-solving ability;
    -Flexibility, discreet, loyal;
    -Strong communication skills;
    -A professional and friendly attitude;
    -Team player.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilitiеs:

    - Provide accurate and timely administrative and secretarial assistance to the Managing
    Director and to all other departments and management team members, when required. In addition,
    fulfilling the tasks and the necessities of procurement process.

    - Compiles presentations for various internal projects;

    - Coordinates and arranges meetings, organizes logistics, prepares agendas and take minutes;

    - Drafts documents, correspondence and proofread documents;

    - Responds promptly to business partners inquires;

    - Organizes travel for CEO and colleagues;

    - Processes expenses (like travel, etc) reimbursement for CEO;

    - Responsible for the welcoming of customers / guests of CEO and related activities;

    - Drafts documents and correspondence, orders business cards, office supplies and other cleric;

    - Initiates orders for administrative reasons;

    - Preparation of necessary documentation for procurement (PO, PR si SSL);

    - Continuous assurance of the procurement process with the authorized suppliers;

    - Responsible for providing translated documents with external suppliers;

    - Activing involvement in CSR activities;

    - Handles the organization of specific meetings as well as off-site and on-site special events, team buildings.
