We are looking for a dynamic financial admin assistant to join in the team a reputable producer and seller of high-quality products that are used in everyday life.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a financial admin assistant.
-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
-High integrity and capacity to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
-Enter financial data into accounting software: supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, and account payments.
-Maintain digital records of financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
-Providing general administrative support to finance team including filing, answering phones, scheduling meeting.
-Organize office environment, order supplies, and update inventory.
Work hybrid: 4 out of 5 working days in the office at the beginning of the job.
Program: Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 17:30.
