    Requirements

    • Experience of providing high-level administrative support in a senior role.
    • Ability to convey information to people clearly and simply.
    • Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
    • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including diplomacy.
    • Experience of successfully working with high management.
    • Good communication skills in English.

    Responsibilities

    Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and CSO including:
    • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for CEO and CSO;
    • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Work closely with the CEO and CSO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerning the CEO and CSO;
    • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    • Assisting with special projects, research, and presentations as required by the CEO and CSO;
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting memos, reports, presentations, acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's and CSO’s activity;
    • Raising expense reports on a timely basis and tracking progress through to payment.
    • Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings, Commercial Committees and Sales Management Board: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials and record meeting minutes.
    • Managing the regulatory correspondence of the decision made by the executive team with the Financial Supervisory Authority.
    • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
