    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Finance;
    Good English & French written proficiency;
    Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
    Experience in an international environment or telecom services is a plus;
    Strong attention to detail;
    Planning & Organizing;
    Initiative & Pro-activity.


    Ordering, Invoice production, Second level of cash collection;
    Customer billing claims and dedicated customer support;
    OTC solutions up to date in process and tools under OTC Director accountability;
    Manage all supporting functions of the OTC operations activities;
    Contribute to end-to-end workflow processes for the contract from ordering to billing, ensuring process amendments for the contract when required;
    Deliver reporting according to internal and external requirements;
    Produce and publish reports in line with business requirements.
