    Requirements

    As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving complex issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your fluency in French and expertise in customer service will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our French-speaking customers.

    You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

    • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
    • Fluency in French and English
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools

    Responsibilities
