Senior Customer Experience Specialist (12M) with French and Spanish Hybrid

As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service will contribute to the success and growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers by providing them with the highest level of support and ensuring their needs are met.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• French - advanced level
• Spanish and English - medium level

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs, and RMA's
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
