Higher technical education in mechanical or electrical field;
Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of wiring;
Good knowledge: MS Office, CAPITAL M, SIGIP;
French and/or English language – advanced level;
Positive attitude;
Leadership skills;
Ability to adapt to new situations, communication and coordination skills – flexibility, dynamism, speed in adapting to company requirements;

Ensures the start of production of new projects and technical modifications;
Ensures the transmission into production of new products or technical data;
Analyses proposed solutions and commits to industrial and economic feasibility;
Manages the industrial planning of modifications;
Ensures the availability of technical documentation and manufacturing and control means during the serial life of projects and during the production of spare parts;
Communicates permanently with other departments;
Attends meetings regularly;
Provides continuous information to superiors and team in an equal, accurate and understandable way;
Develops and implements plans in the realization and piloting of manufacturing implementation planning of projects;
Establishes objectives, prioritizes and allocates resources to achieve objectives;
Provides assistance and support to Production Departments and teams in problem solving;
Guides subordinates to achieve their goals and peak performance;
