SAP Consultant for HR IT EMEA - IT (TM)

In the role of an SAP Consultant for HR IT EMEA Center of Expertise you become member of a team of experts working with various state of the art SAP HXM solutions in the European (Germany, Austria and Switzerland excluded), Middle-East and African countries. Your responsibility includes wide spectrum of activities from configuration of standard SAP HXM modules by translating business requirements into functional designs, to providing HR IT support of existing HR processes. As an HR IT Specialist of the EMEA region you will mainly focus on regional and country HR solutions but will also be involved in global HR system landscape related tasks and initiatives. You will work with the latest HR technologies like SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions and SAP FIORI to provide integrated and smooth user experience to our internal business partners and end users. The position comprises the following key task areas:

* Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP HXM systems
* Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of standard and custom interfaces according to the Corporate IT guidelines
* Perform project management of IT small/medium projects, coordinate work package implementations
* Monitoring and supporting SuccessFactors - Employee Central and SAP HXM integration
* Implementation of SuccessFactors - Employee Central standard change requests in the area of responsibility
* Optimizing and developing new system functionalities

This is what it takes to be a successful SAP Consultant for HR IT EMEA:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Business Administration, or another related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience within the area of HR technologies, ideally SAP HXM business applications
* Practical experience in configuration and customizing of SAP HXM modules
* Knowledge about HR business processes
* Ability to analyze and understand a running SAP HXM environment
* Very good analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Quality focus
* Independent, structured, results- and customer-oriented work style
* Excellent communication and moderation skills
* Fluent English language (written and spoken)
* Good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders
* SAP ABAP & FIORI knowledge is an advantage
