    Do you want to be Problem Resolution Manager? These should spark your interest:

    * Roll out of problem resolution management process in application and base projects;
    * Contribute to continuous improvement of problem resolution management process;
    * Support project managers in tracking, visualization , analysis and closing the open problem reports;
    * Train and coach project teams with respect to PRM process;
    * Check and ensure correct implementation of PRM process;
    * Contribute to continuous improvement of PRM process;
    * Create problem report statistics/metrics including issue burn down curves;
    * Support management and customer reporting (PRM part);
    * Prepare and moderate internal and customer meetings (PRM part);
    * Track issue (problem reports) workflow and ensure quality of issue content;
    * Assign new problem reports to respective function delivery owner / responsible;
    * Analyze the actual problem report status. Identify deviations in respect to planning vs. actual status;
    * Determine the possible root cause and work on a recovery plan.


    Job Requirements:

    This is what it takes to be a successful Problem Resolution Manager:

    * University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications or other relevant field of studies);
    * Basic knowledge for automotive production process and products;
    * Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
    * Advanced knowledge on system analyses and reports;
    * Knowledge on software platforms: Jazz, Confluence, Jira, Doors will be considered as advantage;
    * Fluent in English with very good communication skills.
