    Job description:



    * Identify status of existing processes and improvement opportunities and provide the information to the processes' owners;
    * Analyze the material flow, information flow and WH KPIs and in case of deviations make root cause analysis and define corrective actions together with operational team;
    * Drive needed decision, plan the budget and prepare up all needed information. Develop proposals for solutions in the supply chain design and create for every solution a decision sheet including risk analyze and specification for solutions;
    * Contribute to material flow and information flow optimization. Continuous improvement of material flow with specific tools;
    * Organize new equipment installation regarding layout and utilities;
    * Select technical solutions for material flow and information flow improvements;
    * Participate actively to workplace design in WH and along the material flow;
    * Support piloting and deployment of new/updated processes to align the local organization to the international processes and standards;
    * Train and support the team members concerning process topics for ensuring a good understanding of the defined processes.

    Job requirements:



    * Technical Studies;
    * SCM studies or experience in this area;
    * CAD tools;
    * Ergonomics;
    * Lean Management;
    * Warehouse or Supply chain management knowledge or experience;
    * Project management basic knowledge;
    * Value stream design;
    * English / German;
    * SAP knowledge.
