    Job role

    • We are seeking a curious, intuitive, and self-motivated communicator to support internal communications on channels, content creation and campaigns for Allianz Technology SE.
    • This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills. The role would suit a detail-orientated people person with a passion for internal storytelling and connecting employees.
    Responsibilities
    • Manages all aspects of the Allianz Technology quarterly report from input gathering to publication according to publication process;
    • Develops internal activations & communication campaigns in collaboration with the project manager for Allianz strategic partnership;
    • Manages the implementation of the campaigns and actively supports the project team in driving employee awareness about the partnership;
    • Prepares, compiles and creates content for internal communication, composes, edits, and produces communications for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, internal wiki articles, e-mails etc., for the assigned projects;
    • Develops and distributes templates and materials on various communication channels;
    • Provides input and contributes to improving communications processes to ensure smooth running and more effective results;
    • Cooperates with other internal communication stakeholders, such as Corporate Communications;
    • Collaborates with management to ensure timely and transparent communication of strategic and operational decisions.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field;
    • Excellent English written and spoken; other languages a plus;
    • Strong Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel; HTML is a plus;
    • Knowledge of communication platforms and channels;
    • Relevant work experience in e.g. communications, social media, PR, event management etc
    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in corporate multicultural environment.

    • Experience with a range of digital communication tools and channels;
