Do you want to be a Reliability Design Support Engineer?
If you join us, your responsibilities will be:
* Plan, organize and evaluate measurements of required material properties within the lab organization to generate Validated Material Cards for FEA Simulations;
* Provide inputs on the product design in terms of Reliability (Design Robustness), during the concept and development phase;
* Assist customer programs during all phases of Product Life Cycle (PLC) i.e. during quotation, concept creation, schematic/circuitry/housing development, PCB design, to guarantee successful Design Validation and Product Validation.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job Requirements:
This is what it takes to be a successful Reliability Design Support Engineer:
* Engineering Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Materials and Optics or similar;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Design and Engineering;
* Experience with major FE solvers;
* Ability to work on several projects of different BUs in parallel and cross-functional teams;
* Basic Project Management Skills;
* Knowledge of Environmental Standards of global OEMs;
* Knowledge of Quality Methods (8D, FMEA, Problem Solving) is a plus;
* Cross-discipline knowledge about electronic development processes and roles is a plus;
* Moderation, Coaching, Networking skills, Result-driven pragmatic approach are a plus;
* Passion for excellent quality and reliability is a plus;
* Customer (project team and OEM) orientation is a plus.
