    * Is responsible for organizing internal company events;
    * Is responsible for generating articles for Conti Intern, Romania Newsletter;
    * Is responsible for promoting and generate materials for Connext;
    * Is responsible for translating all articles and materials needed for internal communication;
    * Is responsible for creating / approving promotional materials for internal events (posters, flyers, give-always etc.);
    * Is responsible for writing press releases and statements for media;
    * Is responsible for preparing the daily media monitoring;
    * Is responsible for selecting photo material to illustrate the press releases;
    * Is responsible for organizing press conferences/ media events;
    * Is responsible for acting as spoke person when appointed by the general manager;
    * Is responsible for updating Internet pages;
    * Is responsible for providing basic training for new colleagues in case it is necessary;
    * Is responsible for organizing / supporting all CSR events;
    * Is responsible for finding new projects that could be supported;
    * Is responsible for writing materials that promote internally the CSR projects;
    * Contributes to relevant projects appointed by GM and HR.

    * Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company;
    * Follows the instructions and requirements of management personnel inside the company;
    * Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures;
    * Respects information security and data protection regulations;
    * Knows company quality policy and the impact of his activities in achieving quality targets;
    * Respects specific laws and internal regulations connected to company's environment policy;
    * For Safety relevant projects: the related tasks will be fulfilled according to the internal Safety Management Procedures/ Methods;
    * Control safety criteria in own area of responsibility. Develop, introduce and drive measures in order to avoid safety cases.
