    As a Site Reliability Engineer Lead you will be the senior/lead member of a small team that combines software and systems engineering to build and run large scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems deployed to AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud. 


    • Drive quality accountability within the organization with well-defined processes, metrics, and goals for process quality. This includes leading effective post-mortems and ensuring actions are followed-up.
    • Must be able to define and report "progress" on strategic initiatives and project level tasks to all stakeholders including senior executives, clients and use effective communication approaches with each constituency
    • Implement metrics driven processes to ensure service quality targets are met.
    • Support K2view offering mPaaS (managed PaaS) installation for new customers
    • Drive various production Investigations covering technologies such as Cassandra, Golden Gate & Kafka
    • Lead a multicultural team of 15 SREs
    • Good experience in Linux operating systems
    • You're familiar with DevOps environments / Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Some Experience in SQL/NoSQL Databases such as PostgreSQL, SQLite etc.
    • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana/Data dog)
    • Excellent organizational and workload management capabilities
    • Ability to analyse/debug large and complicated systems
    • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
