    Job description:

    Main Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for customer satisfaction in collaboration with allocation manager, sales & plants (main stakeholders);
    * BA AM SCM window person for central tools and reports;
    * Communication and training of allocation tracking tools (fair share tools) to stakeholders;
    * Working with the allocation tools. Analyzes, adjustments, communication;
    * Continuous monitoring of the customer allocation within defined rules;
    * Maintenance of supply plan into central Continental systems;
    * Analyzing upcoming shortages and report initial impact to the management;
    * Representing BA ADAS SCM in parts termination/change processes (PTN/PCN);
    * Performance tracking with plants of different planning processes worldwide.

    Job requirements:

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:

    * University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
    * 2-3 years experience in SCM/Purchasing or Sales is preferred;
    * English Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking;
    * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
    * Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues;
    * Intercultural skills, working with colleagues around the globe.
