Job Description:

If the answer is "yes", come and join our global team as a Regional SMT Manager SMT for Operations!
* Leading international project teams in the area of Operations Industrial Engineering SMT;
* Identify beneficial projects by deliverables (financial, scheduling and quality goals);
* Selecting team members in conjunction with the line management;
* Establishing adequate project organization, project plan, follow up milestones and KPI tracking;
* Review, optimize and align manufacturing concepts, specification, standards and requirements;
* Ensure compliance of valid standards and the implementation in plants / projects;
* Monitoring manufacturing success (Performance, Quality, Costs), drive improvement programs;
* Organize Lessons Learned, Read Across, Best Practice Sharing for plants and production network;
* Acting as a coach, develop competencies for enhanced knowledge;
* Coordination of standardization, digitalization, technology related activities;
* Supporting communication and escalations as well as task force activities;
* Join equipment installation audit / Pre-acceptance / Final acceptance of the line, product build;
* Close cooperation with central functions, support functions, plants teams, on-site if necessary;
* Representation of projects in management meetings and representation of Operation Industrial Engineering interests in general.
Job Requirements:
* Electrical or Automation Engineer university degree;
* At least 7 Years of working experiences in Automotive Industry;
* Minimum 3 years experience in production related environment;
* Comprehensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes;
* First experiences in international working teams;
* Team Leader skills, project management knowledge;
* Intercultural sensitivity;
* English language proficiency.
