    Job description:

    As a Segment R&D controller within Controlling Service Center Timisoara you will be in charge of all aspects regarding analyzing, tracking and controlling of R&D costs. Field of work:

    * Autonomous R&D controlling of a globally operating segment covering 14 locations;
    * Interface to heads of R&D, segment controlling, local controlling and project managers;
    * Collaboration with team members to aggregate segment views to a business unit view. Main tasks:
    * Full controlling of global R&D costs for the assigned Segment;
    * Consolidation, preparation and reporting of actuals (via month-end closing), forecasts and budgets for the R&D activities of the Segment;
    * Controlling of R&D systems;
    * R&D project and product controlling and reviews;
    * Highlighting potential deviations from the given targets (per project/per location), as well as aligning and tracking of the counter-measures;
    * Active involvement in reports' optimization (via Power BI/Knime tools), as well as in all other CBS activities.

    Job requirements:

    * University or Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
    * Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles;
    * 3 or more years of experience in a controlling role in an international environment;
    * English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking;
    * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
    * SAP experience is a plus;
    * Confident communication and presentation skills;
    * Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide; recommendations on business issues;
    * Ability to work in a team environment.
