Resource Strategy Manager VNI CE (TM)

Job description:

We are looking for someone to drive and enhance resource planning and balancing within Research & Development (R&D). Tasks include:

* Conceptual enhancement of the R&D resource planning process and approach in for classic and agile projects and with short, mid & long-term scope;
* Ensure consistent resource planning over the Project Life Cycle and in line with the budget planning;
* Define and maintain KPIs for Resource Planning;
* Facilitate resource balancing;
* Benchmarking;
* Resource Staffing Strategy;
* Enhanced Process and Methods for project staffing and de-staffing;
* Facilitate critical project staffing;
* Definition of Reporting KPIs and Status Presentation to Management; General support to Management: Project reviews, meeting preparation and adhoc tasks.

Job description:

* Academic degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or Natural Science;
* Relevant work experience of minimum 3 years in resource management and related processes and systems;
* Experience in the automotive sector as additional advantage;
* Distinct project management experience as well as problem solving competencies and a structured working method;
* Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills in English (German as additional advantage);
* Proactive and highly motivated personality and team player attitude;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
