    Job description:



    * Organizes / schedules classes in Continental's Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors);
    * Books resources, ensures event preparation (e.g. guest speakers, trainer briefing, participant list, materials, facilities, technical equipment);
    * Handles bookings, cancellations and communication with 3rd parties (e.g. trainers, hotels, event locations);
    * Tracks participation status and manages participants;
    * Documents status (e.g. status "learning successfully completed");
    * Initiates CEOS process centrally (if applicable);
    * Collects, consolidates and reports learning KPIs, feedback and effectiveness measurements.


    Job requirements:



    * Training and Learning previous experience, ideally in an international environment;
    * Well developed communications skills, virtually and in person;
    * Customer focus and quality orientation;
    * Mandatory advanced English language skills;
    * Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel experience including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPS, and charts/graphs will be a plus;
    * Good planning and organizing skills;
    * Intercultural Competence;
