    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) - preferred
    Business fluent in written and spoken English another language might be a plus
    Previous experience in similar position would be an advantage
    Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
    Intermediate level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)



    Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders
    Support local office support with all required administration activities
    Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
    Customer order processing in ERP system;
    Ensure good document control
    Generate Standard Sales Orders; Consignment orders; RMA orders; Quotation/Contract orders;
    Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/ amendment
    Checking stock levels
    Submit requests for creation/extension of materials
    Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)
    Offers support to Dispute Team and C2C to resolve disputed invoices
