Function: Sales Acceleration Reports To: Director, Sales Acceleration The VMCE Operations Associate supports the Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) Program Manager, Veeam's training partners and trainers across the region and provide reporting for all aspects of the program.
Responsabilities:
* Research and respond to questions regarding course attendance, certification status, exam booking, schedules etc
* Manage and update VMCE global reports in accordance to inquiries
* Provide exam vouchers and lab access for Veeam sponsored VMCE classes and Veeam SEs
* Query and complete weekly attendance reporting for VMCE classes in EMEA and APJ, internal workshops, external trainings held at VMATCs and internal employees
* Query and complete weekly VMCE exam reporting for external candidates and internal employees
* Receive, verify accuracy, resolve discrepancies and submit for payment invoices for classroom tools (LOD)
* Create and run regular reports on the VMCE business
* Partner with VMCE GEO Program Managers on external communications and VMCE data quality
* Maintain program website and collateral as needed
* Participate and collaborate with VMCE team on special program related projects
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Proven professional experience providing support to external users of a program
* Experience with Microsoft Excel reporting and pivot tables is required
* Experience with other software tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint; sales force automation tools such as Salesforce.com highly desired
* Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
