    - Have a very good knowledge of English and French languages;
    - You worked in customer support (or telesales/retention/collections) - this is not mandatory, but we love listening to funny stories from support ;
    - You are good at communicating with others - we love people who love chatting! We -appreciate people who can speak openly and naturally;
    - You have previous experience with online gambling - working or playing, anything counts for this one! If you are new to the business, don’t worry! Your lovely colleagues will teach you everything there is to know :).


    ● Always starts with a cup of coffee or tea;
    ● Check any missed messages from the customers and contact them if needed;
    ● Take calls, chats and write e-mails to make sure they can fully enjoy using the company services;
    ● Check details about the customers’ accounts in our back-office;
    ● Escalate technical issues whenever necessary;
    ● Send feedback to the Marketing and Affiliate Departments.
