Job description:
Strategic Development & Deployment:
* Driving, aligning and controlling of the implementation of CCN's strategies: implementation of CCN Strategy with regards to business partnering activities (customer, product, innovation, regional) by identification, evaluation, selection and negotiations for additional partnering opportunities (with existing and new partners);
* Drive transactions and partnerships, M&A and divestments, from strategy to post merger integration. M&A and Partnering activities:
* Support of all M&A and partnering activities of CCN, strategic analysis of target companies, assumptions for business cases and scenarios for possible M&A or partnering cases & support during P-Proposal, Due Diligence and implementation phase;
* Fostering of existing business partners by means of driving continuous information exchange;
* Preparing and conducting recurring steering committees supporting trouble shooting issues.
Interface Activities:
* Interface to Continental Automotive and Business Area VNI strategy department in order to align VNI CCN strategy target with high-level targets.
Job requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive area;
* Project management skills (ability to steer and coordinate complex projects with several interfaces, and budget areas);
* Strategically oriented and analytical thinking person;
* Very good general knowledge about legal issues and contract design;
* Leadership skills;
* Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German language would be highly appreciated.
