Health Responsible - Tire Division

Job description

* Ensures compliance with legal requirements in the field of occupational health (HG 355 / GEO 96 / L 319 / HG 1425 etc.;
* Defines the strategic direction in its area of responsibility;
* Follows the implementation of the initiatives part of the plant strategy;
* Gives support and participate actively in the projects design stage, establishing all the requirements from its area of responsibility;
* Periodically updates the situation of medically conditioned patients;
* Ensures that all employees have regular inspections carried out within the time limit provided by current legislation;
* Organizes and implements communication and promotion activities of the integrated organizational health management system at work;
* Draws up the list of dangerous chemical substances and mixtures contained;
* Ensures that the new chemicals introduced in the factory comply with the legal requirements (FTS/labeling);
* Prepares Instructions for Use of Chemicals;
* Performs chemical risk evaluation and Fills in the Form for approval of the introduction and use of a new product / material / substance;
* Implements, ensures and assesses the compliance with the Romanian legal requirements in force applicable for Environmental Protection;
* Prepares and/or participates in the preparation of the documents required for implementation of the Romanian legal requirements in force;
* Ensures the implementation of environmental measures/actions defined as result of inspections, audits etc.;
* Creates and keeps updated the relevant environmental statistics/inventories, such as: emissions, waste, chemicals/hazardous substances, solvent balance, utilities specific consumption, complaints, findings identified during the audits, environmental guard inspections, etc.;
* Prepares and transmits, in time, reports, statistics required by the legislation in force and internally (plant, corporate);
* Elaborates preparedness and intervention plans for accidental environmental incidents.
