Consultant for Service Management Processes - IT TSR

Job Description:

- Development, maintenance & improvement of complex processes out of the ITSM Process portfolio;

- Consultancy of the IT Organization for implementation, usage & improvement of processes based on available ITSM Tools;

- Self responsible realization of global ITSM process implementation projects;

- Communication towards the customers to identify their needs and requirements and to transform these into solutions, processes and standards;

- Own the ITSM trainings framework and validate impact of releases to our ITSM Trainings and align necessary adjustments with related stakeholders;

- Preparation and maintenance of training material related to Service Management processes;

- Coordinate & align test activities in regards to releases of our IT Service Management platform and its connected interfaces like Service Portfolio Management (CoSeP);

- Alignment with process owners regarding the interfaces and integration of the processes;

- Reporting process relevant data (KPIs) like numbers of users, incidents, changes and the related quality indicators.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in ITIL and Service Management;

- Professional experience in the process area, preferably in IT processes;

- Customer-orientation; service-orientation;

- Project management experience;

- Experience working in a team-oriented organization within a collaborative environment;

- High self-motivation; ability to work independently;

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy;

- Commitment to quality processes and continuous improvement;

- Fluency in English speaking and writing; German language a plus;

- Outstanding communication and intercultural skills.
