Customer Project Leader for VNI CE SW - TSR

Customer Project Leader role is the bridge between SW Platform (Generic parts used by multiple projects) and Application projects (specific application for customers like VW, Daimler, Fiat, etc). You will be responsible to:

* train and drive the application project to understand the way of working and content of the SW platform variant;
* be the contact partner for the SW Platform colleagues for the assigned customer project;
* identify all needed Work Products on top of the supported platform scope;
* collect, plan and prioritize project related features requested from SW Platform;
* collect effort from SW Platform and negotiate needed budget with Application projects;
* participate in SW Platform and Application projects PI Planning in order to align the project schedule;
* continuously report progress to line management. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job requirements:

* Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development;
* Experience in embedded systems;
* Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe;
* Negotiation skills;
* Communication skills;
* Good English language knowledge;
* SW Platform knowledge is a plus;
* Product Owner certification is a plus.
