    Key Responsibilities

    • User Support for all IT related issues, onsite and remote
    • Ensure the proper functionality of workstations : solving hardware and software problems
    • Periodically maintain workgroup printers and provide counters to the manufacturer
    • Support for installation/configuration of peripheral equipment
    • Manage and solve tickets , incidents and service requests (ServiceNow)
    • Support the Helpdesk in Germany, Austria and Czech Republic in peak times
    • User account management across various systems and countries
    • Announce and report possible system interruptions or updates
    • Responsible for asset management and tracks the new acquisitions and hardware handed out to employees
    • Organize the storage room for the technical and telecommunication equipment
    • Close and flexible customer contact (e.g. telephone, E-Mail, and personal presence)
    • Local application and IT infrastructure management
    • Maintain and create IT Documentation and User manuals
    • Collaborate with regional and global workplace and Helpdesk
    • Support incident and problem management
    • Participate in projects
    Requirements / Skills
    • Basic ITIL knowledge
    • IT helpdesk experience
    • English fluency and German nice to have
    • Good understanding of Win10 (installation / configuration, etc.)
    • Knowledge to setup and replace workgroup printers
    • Basic understanding of VDI environment and Wyse Thin OS
    • Familiar to work with incidents and requests raised by end users
    • Experience in working with a ticketing system
    • Good communication skills   
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Problem solving attitude and team player
