-Proven work experience as an Account Handler, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role;
-Understand the overall retail trade structure;
-Deep knowledge of sales and trade marketing mechanism;
-Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
-Solid experience with and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
-Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
-Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
-Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills;
-Knowledge of English.
-BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;
-Develop a stable working relationships with decision makers for each client in the portfolio and know the functional structure of each client in the portfolio;
-Understand the needs, objectives, strategies, work systems and the specifics for different categories of products in the case of each client;
-Analyze data related to the buyers of the clients in the portfolio and other information of the same kind that the clients have in the sense of streamlining the product portfolio or the promotions in the client's stores;
-Develop, monitor and evaluate joint plans for the development of the business relationship between the company and the client, leading to the fulfilment of the established sales volumes and objectives;
-Negotiate with clients from the portfolio the implementation of company-specific loyalty programs, promotions specific to the introduction of new products, in order to obtain a constant increase in the volume of products sold;
Implement product image programs in stores and their placement recommendations at the clients in the portfolio, according to the specifications of the manufacturer or the company;
-Ensure the implementation of promotions, loyalty programs and the appropriate allocation of funds for products and clients in the portfolio;
Identify opportunities in customer stores to ensure an efficient image and placement of products;
-Draw up for each managed client a business plan, distribution objectives, price, shelf placement and product image (DPSM), a calendar for the implementation of the company's promotions/initiatives (aligned with the direct superior);
-Sets volume goals for managed clients while maintaining the connection between customer sales/business development and set goals/expectations;
-Regularly visits the stores of the clients he/she manages;
