We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native German speakers (B2, C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!
You’ll be learning from the best while working on one of the most innovative projects to deliver excellent customer experience for our world-leading client in Home fitness industry

This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in German or at least B2-C1 both verbal and written.
Advanced level of English
Experience in BPO/call center environment
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.

Providing solutions rеgаrding warranty, after-sales, order and dеlivеry issues

Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
Work schedule Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00; 14:00-23:00 and on weekends by rotation
