Product Owner - Systems Engineering Solutions - he[a]t PMT TSR

Product Owner for solution part within "Systems Product Owner for solution part within "Systems Engineering" process is responsible for:

* the definition, harmonization and implementation of the solution part roadmap, including process activities, methods, tool related work instructions, role definitions and trainings. Alignment and close collaboration with BU Engineering and he[a]t experts for PMT scoping and harmonization.
* Leading /coordinating the virtual team of nominated experts and specialist from BUs and heat Organization who develop the SE part related Processes, Methods and Tools & Trainings (PMT) solutions for Automotive Engineering
* Analysing the needs of BU/BA, towards harmonized SE solution part PMT solutions.
* Developing a vision for state-of-the art SE solution part PMT solutions to meet the business targets of the organization and future needs. Utilize internal and external sources to formulate this vision.
* Defining strategic targets together with the Engineering organizations and heat PMT, and a roadmap
* Involving stakeholders as Corporate and Automotive Quality and Customer SE organization.
* Defining KPIs to measure success.
* Organizing and leading the PMT SE solution part development activities of the virtual solution development teams.
* Managing PoCs and pilot projects in collaboration with experts from BUs, IT etc.
* Ensure compliance of the results of the teams with defined targets.
* Establish a he[a]t and BU network of SE solution part experts and foster the information exchange between domain experts.
* Engaging yourself and encouraging your team members to go and see where problems occur in the application of SE processes and methods. Creating an open-minded culture to benefit from diversity.
* Ensuring quality of all SE solution part work products, contributions, results by considering continuous feedback from the respective stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance to Engineering Standards (ISO15288, ISO26262, ASPICE, IATF16949...) and customer's process standards.
* Driving continuous quality improvement activity based on the feedback.
* Managing the budget for the activities under responsibility. Engineering" process is responsible for: -

Job requirements:

* Masters or University Degree in Engineering Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or Information Technology
* >5 years Safety engineering background, SE certification preferred
* >5 Years in the Automotive Industry, Engineering or Quality
* >5 Years in System development projects, preferable in different roles (RE, architecture&design, system integration or system verification)
* Proven capability to work as a team lead
* Experience working in a global team / global environment.
