    Job description

    * Registration of expense statements and related supporting documents;
    * Registration of travel statements and travel documents made for travel;
    * Chronological archiving of suppliers' and customers' invoices in accordance with procurement and sales journals, archiving process coordinator;
    * Verification and completion of supporting documents for external deliveries (CMR);
    * Preparation of various situations, records, reports or other details requested by the superior or the company's management;
    * Support in coordinating the activities of the department;
    * Support in preparing documents that must be signed and approved by the company's management;
    * Project support and other department-specific reporting;
    * Preparation of documentation and reports requested by local authorities.
