Automation Engineer - Tire Division

Job description

* Offers technical assistance machines during the project implementation phase and the break down machines;
* Creates software updates and implements them on the machines;
* Ensures coordination of external service companies;
* Ensures the optimization of equipment;
* Proposes /ensures practical implementation of rationalization measures;
* Assists with drafting the annual budget for the area in cost efficiency;
* Assistance in planning the annual investment program;
* Technical assistance to field equipment on request outside the program hours (hotline).

Job requirements

* University degree in Electrotechnics/ Electronics/ Mechatronics;
* Previous work experience in industrial automation, in a production environment (3 to 5 years);
* Advanced knowledge in programming with Siemens Step 7 (Beckhoff Twincat represents a plus);
* Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge is a plus;
* Good communication skills;
* Customer and quality orientation;
* Ability to work with deadline;
* Availability for hotline;
* Intermediate English level.
